Each member of AgriLand Appraisal Group’s staff is a state-certified appraiser. As such, we follow the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as approved by the Appraisal Foundation. The USPAP outlines the ethical and performance standards for professional appraisers to follow.
However, our staff proudly goes beyond the basics necessitated by our profession. We maintain the continued education required for our licensing but also avail ourselves of additional education as necessary to stay on the cutting edge of practice.
Our appraisers can provide either narrative or form reports, prepare to current standards, and are able to utilize all methodology that is appropriate to the scope of the assignment.
Central Missouri: Headquartered in Centralia, Missouri, we serve Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Carroll, Chariton, Cole, Cooper, Howard, Lafayette, Moniteau, Monroe, Morgan, Osage, Randolph, Ray, and Saline counties, along with the entire Lake of the Ozarks region.
Eastern Missouri: Operating from the St. Charles/Wentzville area, we cover St. Charles, Crawford, Franklin, Gasconade, Jefferson, Knox, Lewis, Lincoln, Marion, Montgomery, Perry, Pike, Ralls, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, Washington counties.
Southwest Missouri: Based in Clinton, we serve Barton, Bates, Cass, Cedar, Dade, Henry, Hickory, Jasper, Johnson, Lawrence, Pettis, Polk, and St. Clair counties.
All of our appraisers are certified in Missouri, and from our office in Centralia, we are able to service a wide area. We also have appraisers certified in Illinois and Kansas.
